Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatories (like ibuprofen or aspirin) for 24–48 hours prior to reduce risk of bruising.

After a focused consultation and examination, Dr. Spinelli will determine the injection sites based on your specific symptoms. A fine needle is used to inject small amounts of Botox® into overactive muscles or sweat glands. A gentle vibration tool may be used to minimize discomfort. Treatment takes about 30 minutes, depending on the number of areas treated. There is no downtime — most clients return to regular activity the same day.
