At Rio Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and respect for your time. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access for all patients, we have outlined our policies on product sales, cancellations, and appointments. Please review these guidelines before your visit so we can best support your treatment experience.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Cards are not charged at the time of booking but may be charged if an appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled outside of our 24h cancellation policy.
All skincare product purchases are final sale.

Missed appointments and late cancellations disrupt the flow of our day and limit our ability to serve others.
The cancellation fee applies to missed appointments for any reason (no-show), cancellations, or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a shortened treatment or be considered a late cancellation.
The cancellation policy fee may be charged to the credit card on file as follows:

The cancellation fee is equal to the full fee of the scheduled appointment, based on the visit duration and type booked.

To avoid fees, naturopathic appointments may be changed to virtual visits if you are unable to attend in person.

For all aesthetic and naturopathic treatments, late arrivals (over 10 minutes) will result in a shortened treatment or be considered a late cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
Children under the age of 12 should not accompany patients to appointments unless another responsible adult is present to supervise them at all times outside of treatment areas. This ensures the patient safety and maintain a calm and professional clinical environment during consultations, assessments, or treatments.
For safety and liability reasons, children may not be left unattended in the reception or waiting areas at any time. Rio Skin Clinic and its staff cannot assume responsibility for supervising minors.

Rio Skin Clinic may offer promotions, loyalty points, and membership options for its aesthetic and wellness services. Naturopathic care is provided in accordance with professional and CNPBC regulations.
