FAQ

    • Eat a light meal beforehand (avoid fasting).

    • Avoid alcohol at least 24 hours before your visit.

    • Let your provider know if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

    • For Vitamin D: bring recent lab results and skip oral vitamin D supplements the day prior.

    • Injections are quick (seconds) and typically administered in the glute or shoulder.

    • NAD+: 50–200 mg (0.5–2 mL) — may cause temporary warmth, flushing, or mild tightness.

    • B12: Effects vary — some feel energized right away, others gradually.

    • MIC: Often part of a weight-loss plan, given 1–2x weekly.

    • Vitamin D: Usually every 1–3 months depending on lab results.

    • Stay hydrated.

    • Resume normal activity (except MIC: avoid strenuous exercise for a few hours).

    • Mild soreness at the injection site is possible.

    • NAD+: temporary side effects may include flushing, lightheadedness, nausea, metallic taste, or mild fatigue — usually short-lived.

    • Remain in clinic for 15 minutes after NAD+ injections for monitoring.

    • Vitamin D requires no downtime; effects are long-lasting.

  • MIC stands for Methionine, Inositol, and Choline — nutrients that help process fat and boost energy and metabolism.

    • NAD+: weekly or bi-weekly

    • B12: weekly to monthly (depends on deficiency)

    • MIC: 1–2 times per week as part of a plan

    • Vitamin D: every 1–3 months (based on lab results)
